Very slow processing time

I was using Voki for my English assignment online, but when I used the built in recording software, it took and hour to process. I ended up getting the assignment turned in late. Does it always process slow?

We have since updated the recording software and cleared up some problems.

Hmm, I use it also for my English assignments and it works nicely for me.
