Cannot record audio

I cannot add audio to my avatar. I go to Edit, and then use the mic on my computer. The recording seems to go fine, and then I get the message that it is uploading my audio, but when I go to play, nothing happens. I tried using Firefox and Chrome browser, and neither one works.

There is no option on the My Account page to cancel. Please cancel my account or make that option available so people can do so without a long wait. The contact us page does not work either. Messages don't go through on that page.

Hello Fiona,

Account deactivation is not the same as removing all your data.

When a user inactivates their subscription, the user still has access to login to their account, and can use their account in Basic (Free) mode. The user may also wish at some point to re-activate their subscription. This is normal.

If you would like all your data to be removed & account deleted please send a note to support@voki.com and specifically ask for that - and our support will take care of that for you.

Hello I have tried to include a video from youtube in my presentation on voki presenter , but even if I can see the icon in the edit  mode, it does not show while the presentation runs
